We are looking for a highly experienced technology leader to manage our Cloud and System Engineering teams. The ideal candidate will have proven technical and leadership experience, as well as proven expertise in cloud, systems architecture and bespoke software development. The candidate will be responsible for leading and managing cross-functional teams and the development of solutions and platforms that meet our customers' needs.

Your day-to-day and responsibilities:

• Manage and lead cloud development and bespoke solutions teams in the most divergent aspects of systems architecture, providing technical and leadership guidance;
• Develop solution proposals based on customer needs and design system and platform solutions taking into account business requirements;
• Keeping up to date with the latest trends and cloud technologies and developing solutions, ensuring that the company is always at the forefront of innovation;
• Ability to solve complex technical problems in cloud and custom-developed solutions, such as performance, scalability, reuse and flexibility;
• Managing the development team: recruiting, training, motivating and managing the team to ensure that they can perform their duties effectively;
• Setting objectives and deadlines: establishing project objectives and ensuring that the team can meet these objectives within the established timeframe.

Are you the one we are looking for?

• Proven experience in systems architecture, software engineering and custom development;
• Experience in full-stack applications with an emphasis on microservices architecture, containers, Kubernetes, RESTful services;
• Proven experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams;
• Proven experience in cloud (IaaS and/or PaaS), such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, OpenStack, etc;
• Knowledge of development tools and technologies, such as Java, Kotlin, Node.js, Angular, React, etc;
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools, such as Jenkins, Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes, etc;
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and clients;
• Years of experience: more than 6 years in development.
