Your daily routine and responsibilities:

• Integrate and actively participate in technology consulting and development projects, with the possibility of coordinating and supervising teams
• Administration and maintenance of Windows and Linux systems
• Management and advanced support in Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Intune)
• Act as a 2nd level Service Desk, ensuring the resolution of critical incidents
• Implementation of security policies, monitoring, and optimization of systems
• Log analysis, troubleshooting, and correction of application and infrastructure errors
• Creation of technical documentation and improvement of internal processes
• Participation in system implementation and migration projects.

Are you the one we are looking for?

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Engineering or similar fields
• Experience (2-6 years) in systems administration and advanced support
• Solid knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, Active Directory, M365
• Implementation of monitoring and service control tools
• Experience in incident and problem management (ITIL valued)
• Creation of documentation and improvement of internal processes and tools
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• Analytical skills, problem solving, and critical thinking
• Organization, planning, and focus on project quality
• Willingness to travel is a plus.
