Função:  Cyber DevOps Manager

The Cyber Risk area is seeking consultants with a profile and experience to work in a multiproject environment, from a functional and technological perspective. With the increasing need for more effective security risk management by organizations, Deloitte's Cyber Risk area has been expanding. Therefore, we are looking for professionals who can support clients through the development of processes and implementation of technology, to enable better management and control of information security risks.

Your day by day and responsabilities:

• Recruit, orient, and train security personnel on appropriate security risks and procedures
• Developing policies, procedures and protocols for standardization and governance
• Manages team’ scheduling, work assignments, communication, and personnel development; and evaluates employee performance, gives regular feedback, and conducts recurrent performance reviews.
• Keep track of incidents to evaluate them and recommend a course of action.
• Lead the identification, scoping, and implementation of opportunities.
• Collaborate with leadership on the strategic development of security analysis capabilities and services offerings.

Are you the one we are looking for?

• Knowledge of network protocols, Linux and Windows infrastructures and basic network security architecture concepts.
• Hands-on technical expertise in technology automation, implementation, integration, and/or deployment.
• Experience assessing cybersecurity maturity and building multi-year roadmaps to advance maturity; familiarity with the MITRE ATT&CK and NIST CSF frameworks.
• Extensive knowledge of security industry regulations.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and transform these into technical designs and system solutions.
• Master’s degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 2 year in similar functions)
• Relevant Cyber Security Certifications and Training is a plus
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Proven experience leading and developing a team of cyber security professionals
• Verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adjust to different audiences ranging from team members, partners or customers
• Demonstrated experience leading process improvement and change initiatives

The Cyber Risk area is a focus of Deloitte Portugal, operating across various economic sectors, including the financial sector, insurance, energy and utilities, healthcare, retail and distribution, telecommunications, infrastructure and transportation, and the public sector.
