Your daily tasks and responsibilities:
•    Develop and lead projects related to Customer Data and Marketing Automation;
•    Use Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning techniques in business solutions;
•    Apply Ad Technology to analyze customer data and marketing strategies;
•    Ensure a solid understanding of customer data management, from collection to use;
•    Design and work with Big Data architectures, ensuring scalability and efficiency;
•    Integrate and leverage platforms such as Adobe Experience, Salesforce Customer 360, Segment and Tealium for customer data unification and insights;
•    Use Adobe tools, including Adobe Analytics and Customer Journey Analytics, to analyze and optimize the customer journey.

Are you the one we're looking for?
•    Degree in Computer Engineering or similar field;
•    More than 10 years of experience, with at least 4 years in projects related to Customer Data and Marketing Automation;
•    Knowledge of AI/ML techniques in business solutions.
•    Proficiency in Ad Technology and its application in marketing strategies;
•    Solid understanding of customer data management;
•    Experience in designing and working with Big Data architectures;
•    Familiarity with platforms such as Adobe Experience Platform, Salesforce Customer 360, Segment and Tealium;
•    Proficient in Adobe Experience Cloud applications, especially Adobe Analytics, Customer Journey Analytics, Adobe Real-Time CDP & Adobe Experience Platform;
•    Strong leadership skills and ability to develop and lead projects;
•    Excellent communication and teamwork skills;
•    English proficiency.
