Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: 

• Integrating and actively participating in technological challenges, focusing on projects that involve creating cost models in Apptio technology; 

• Planning, executing, and/or coordinating independently your activities, or those of junior team members, in preparing various outputs within a project or project stream, following an Agile approach; 

• Managing daily client interactions responsibly, within your scope of action; 

• Contributing to knowledge sharing and mentoring junior team members; 

• Assisting in the design and development of project support documentation; 

• Providing technical support and interacting with teams for national and/or international clients. 

Are you the profile we are looking for? 

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Integrated Master’s degree in Management, Engineering, or similar experience in Information Systems; 

• Experience implementing Apptio or equivalent (Cost Transparency, IT Planning, Bill of IT, Cloudability); 

• Knowledge of the TBM Framework: data structures, TBM taxonomy, service mapping, and cost model building; 

• Technical knowledge of Excel; 

• Experience in projects using Agile and Scrum methodologies; 

• Autonomy, problem-solving skills, and critical thinking; 

• Communication skills, interpersonal abilities, critical mindset, and teamwork; 

• Proficiency in spoken and written English; 

• Between 1 and 3 years of experience in Apptio or equivalent implementation and development projects; 

• Experience in data structuring, taxonomy creation, service mapping, and cost model building; 

• Certifications such as Apptio Accredited Practitioner, TBM Council Certification, FinOps Certified Practitioner.
