Your day-to-day activities and responsibilities will consist of:

• Integrate and actively participate in technology consultancy projects, with the possibility of coordinating and supervising teams operationally;
• Plan, execute and/or coordinate autonomously the activities to be carried out in the preparation of the various outputs within the scope of a project or project stream;
• Manage daily interactions with customers responsibly and in accordance with their sphere of activity;
• Identify, evaluate and solve complex problems in your area of expertise, using critical analysis;
• Think about organizational architectures through the redesign of operational model systems;
• Participation in cost optimization and financial management initiatives with a focus on organizations' IT.

Are you the one we're looking for?

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Management, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering and Management, Information Technology and Business Management and/or related areas;
• Between 1 and 7 years of professional experience in IT Consulting projects;
• Experience in redesigning operating model systems;
• Analysis and definition of strategic plans for information systems;
• Knowledge of product base work model review processes;
• Experience in enterprise architecture projects;
• We value work experience in tools such as: Power Point, Power BI and Excel;
• Analytical capacity and critical sense regarding the best solutions adapted to the reality of each client;
• We value previous experience in IT consulting services;
• We value certifications, such as: ITIL, COBIT, TOGAF or IT4IT;
• Excellent communication skills and adaptation to different environments;
• Previous experience in projects using Agile and Scrum methodology will be valued;
• Proficiency in spoken and written English (mandatory);
• Customer and results orientation;
• Good communication skills, interpersonal relationships, teamwork.
