Your day-to-day life and responsibilities:

• Promote trusting relationships by demonstrating vision, leadership capacity and designing robust technological solutions that generate business opportunities;
• Lead and manage complex projects, supporting organizations in identifying, assessing and mitigating risks and implementing controls through robust technological solutions;
• Coordinate and develop teams to deliver high-value solutions to organizations;
• Ensure maximum quality in projects and resulting deliverables;
• Work together with other Risk teams promoting integrated and multidisciplinary solutions that maximize value for the client;
• Monitor the relevant KPIs of the projects under their responsibility, ensuring the quality of delivery as well as their financial performance;
• Manage customer relationships and support the area's growth through business development initiatives that contribute to the area's sustained growth;
• Contribute to the growth of the SRT technology team, promoting a collaborative and innovative work environment;
• Promotion of initiatives to create/evolve technology-based offers involving other teams, partners and customers.

Are you the one we are looking for?

• Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred in Computer Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Computer Science and Management, Information Management or equivalent;
• Professional experience of more than 6 years in a technology services environment;
• Good knowledge of technology, preferably in the areas of risk and financial crime in a national or international context;
• Fluent in Portuguese and English (mandatory);
• Ability to communicate, interpersonal relationships, teamwork and collaboration;
• Problem-solving skills, analytical capacity and critical thinking;
• Organization, planning and guidance for project quality;
• Customer and results orientation.
