Title:  IT Risk Manager

To this end, we are looking to strengthen our Risk Advisory team with a Manager with an IT Risk profile.

Your day-to-day duties and responsibilities:

• Leading and managing complex projects, supporting organizations in identifying and assessing IT risks and defining controls that guarantee the confidentiality, integrity and availability of their Information Systems;
• Coordinating and developing teams to deliver high-value solutions to organizations;
• Ensuring the highest quality in projects and resulting deliverables;
• Designing and evaluating application controls, general IT controls and IT processes based on market references (e.g. COBIT, ISO 27001, ITIL, ISO 20000);
• Designing and evaluating technological solutions and IS architectures, including IT Disaster Recovery;
• Working together with other Risk Advisory teams and the Audit and Consulting areas to implement IT control systems;
• Monitoring the progress of the tasks carried out in the projects, through the regular preparation of activity/status reports;
• Managing client relations and supporting the growth of the area through business development initiatives, point of views and thought leadership;
• Identifying and proposing opportunities to improve the IT Risk service.

Are you the person we're looking for?

• Bachelor's or Master's degree preferably in Computer Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Management Informatics or equivalent;
• Professional experience of more than 6 years in the IT Risk & Compliance area;
• Experience in IT project management;
• Experience in carrying out IT audits;
• Experience in defining and implementing IT Disaster Recovery solutions;
• Knowledge of ISO 27000 series standards;
• Knowledge of IT processes and IT Service Management (ITIL and ISO 20000);
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure;
• Fluent in Portuguese and English (required);
• Communication, interpersonal, teamwork and collaboration skills;
• Problem-solving, analytical and critical thinking skills;
• Organization, planning and project quality orientation;
• Customer and results-oriented.
