In this sense, we intend to reinforce our Strategy, Risk & Transaction team, with a Tech Risk Operations Expert with the IT Risk profile.

Your day-to-day life and responsibilities:
• You will be part of a team that manages challenging projects, supporting organizations in identifying and assessing IT risks and defining controls that guarantee the confidentiality, integrity and availability of their Information Systems;
• Ensure maximum quality in projects and resulting deliverables;
• Design and evaluate application controls, general IT controls and IT processes based on market references (e.g. COBIT, ISO 27001, ITIL, ISO 20000);
• Design and evaluate technological solutions and IS architectures, including IT Disaster Recovery;
• Work together with other Risk Advisory teams and with the Audit and Consulting areas in the implementation of IT control systems;
• Monitor the progress of tasks carried out in projects, through regular preparation of activity/status reports;
• Manage customer relationships and support the area's growth through business development, point of views and thought leadership initiatives;
• Identify and propose opportunities to improve the IT Risk service.

Are you the one we are looking for?
• Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred in Computer Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Management Computer Science or equivalent;
• Professional experience of more than 1 to 6 years in the IT Risk & Compliance area;
• Knowledge of Python, DataBricks, Pyspark SQL, SAS, PL/SQL, Colibra;
• Experience in carrying out IT audits;
• Experience in defining and implementing IT Disaster Recovery solutions;
• Knowledge of the ISO 27000 series standards;
• Knowledge of IT processes and IT Service Management (ITIL and ISO 20000);
• Fluent in Portuguese and English (mandatory);
• Ability to communicate, interpersonal relationships, teamwork and collaboration;
• Problem-solving skills, analytical capacity and critical thinking;
• Organization, planning and guidance for project quality;
• Customer and results orientation.
