Your day-to-day life and responsibilities will consist of:

• Focusing on the development and delivery of AI solutions ensuring project success and delivery excellence;
• Leading a team of Data Scientists who work daily to solve complex real-world challenges by developing advanced analytics solutions that create a relevant impact on the Client;
• Participating in client projects from the framing phase of the analytical problem, through data collection and analysis, dataset enrichment, model development and training to solution deployment;
• Participating in R&D initiatives where there is a constant search for technological innovation in the practice of data science and space for experimentation and multidisciplinary co-creation;
• Analysing large amounts of data from different data sources;
• Communicating developments in technical depth.

You're the one we're looking for:

• Master's degree or PhD with relevant academic performance in the fields of Statistics / Applied Mathematics, Physics, Computer Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering or similar;
• Relevant experience of at least 5 years in data science consultancy involving problem framing, data analysis, training and deployment of machine learning models and their monitoring;

• Solid knowledge of analytics: machine learning, statistical analysis, optimisation and simulation;
• Knowledge and experience in programming languages with a focus on machine learning and advanced analytics (such as Python, R and Scala);
• Knowledge of SQL;
• Technical knowledge of Cloud technology (preferred);
• Experience with real use cases using OCR, Computer Vision and Natural Language Processing for image processing (preferred);
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, in Portuguese and English, for technical and business audiences;
• Curious spirit, with a taste for continuous learning and a passion for solving complex problems;
• A love of communication, interpersonal relationships, teamwork and collaboration;
• Organization, planning and focus on the quality of deliverables
