We are growing our Microsoft solutions team and looking for a Manager who combines technical credibility, team leadership and business focus. You will lead application development, automation and Artificial Intelligence projects using Power Platform, Microsoft 365 (Office 365) and Azure, from solution definition through to delivery of outcomes. You will play an active role in client relationships, team growth and new business opportunities.

Your day-to-day and responsibilities: 

• Lead delivery of Microsoft projects, managing scope, plans, budget, quality, risks and dependencies, with a focus on the outcomes agreed with the client. 
• Guide architecture and technical decisions, balancing Power Platform, custom code and Azure services against requirements, costs and long-term maintainability. 
• Lead development teams, organise work, oversee critical decisions and promote technical reviews, mentoring and skills development. 
• Run workshops with business and technology teams, turn needs into roadmaps and priorities, and communicate progress and decisions to executive stakeholders. 
• Lead Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365 Copilot and generative AI initiatives, from use-case selection to production, assessing value, adoption, costs and risks. 
• Ensure sound engineering and governance practices covering ALM, CI/CD, testing, security, permissions, data policies, licensing and solution operations. 
• Build trusted client relationships, identify opportunities and lead proposals, estimates, presentations and demonstrations in collaboration with specialists. 
• Help grow our Microsoft offering through recruitment, capability development, reusable assets and knowledge sharing with national and international teams. 

Are you the one we are looking for? 

• A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. 
• At least 7 years of experience delivering application solutions, including 2 years leading technology teams and projects. 
• A proven track record delivering Power Platform solutions integrated with Microsoft 365 and Azure, with an understanding of Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse. 
• A strong software development, application architecture and integration background, with the ability to guide both low-code and custom development teams. 
• Experience managing scope, effort, budget, risks and quality, balancing delivery expectations with a constructive client relationship. 
• The ability to assess AI and agent use cases, considering security, data protection, human oversight, technical feasibility and business return. 
• Experience preparing proposals and estimates, developing people and communicating with technical and executive stakeholders in Portuguese and English.

• Experience implementing Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365 Copilot or generative AI solutions on Azure. 
• Experience with Power Platform governance, centres of excellence, adoption and scaling, including DLP policies and environment management. 
• Relevant Microsoft certifications and experience in consulting, business development or projects in regulated industries.
