Your day-to-day responsibilities:

• Lead end‑to‑end telecom network engineering projects across RAN / Transport / Core and/or OSS, ensuring delivery quality, timelines, and client satisfaction.
• Design and govern solution architecture, roadmaps, and implementation plans, including migrations, cutover, and optimization activities.
• Manage stakeholders and project governance (status reporting, risks, dependencies, and decisions), communicating clearly with both technical and executive audiences.
• Develop the team through mentoring and coaching, supporting the professional evolution of junior team members.
• Actively contribute to sales and pre-sales activities (proposals, estimations, and delivery planning).

Are you the one we’re looking for?

• 6+ years of relevant experience in telecom network engineering, architecture, and operations
• Experience leading teams and delivering complex projects (planning, risks, dependencies, and budget).
• Strong knowledge of mobile and/or fixed network architectures, spanning access, transport, and core domains, including:
  • Radio Access Networks (RAN)
  • Mobile Core Networks (EPC, 5GC)
  • Fixed Access and Core Networks
  • Transport Networks (e.g. IP/MPLS, WDM, Microwave)
  • Satellite Infrastructure (VSAT) and Submarine Cable Systems
  • Telco Cloud and Edge Infrastructure, OSS/BSS systems, and network orchestration platforms
• Proven understanding of the end‑to‑end implementation and operational lifecycle of mobile and fixed networks.
• Exposure to OSS (inventory, fault and performance management, service assurance) and integrations.
• Demonstrated awareness of key telecom technology trends and their practical impact on network engineering and operations
• Exposure to network transformation initiatives, such as 5G / Standalone, network cloudification, SDN/NFV, and automation programmes (valuable, but not mandatory)
• Experience with NetDevOps and automation practices (e.g. Python, Ansible, Jenkins) and/or observability platforms. (valuable, but not mandatory)
• Experience with AI, agentic AI and telecom automation, including intent-based networking, network automation and end-to-end service orchestration (valuable, but not mandatory)
• Experience working with technology vendors and partners, including multi‑vendor environments and governance models. (valuable, but not mandatory)
• Relevant certifications, such as TM Forum, ITIL, PMP / PRINCE2, Cisco / Juniper, and cloud certifications. (valuable, but not mandatory)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with critical thinking applied in complex environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, essential in a client-facing consultancy context.
• Autonomy, proactivity, and strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Team spirit, collaborative mindset, and the ability to build trusted relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English, both spoken and written.
• Academic background in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or similar.
• Willingness to work on international projects.
