Your Day-to-Day and Responsibilities
- Customize and develop solutions in Dynamics 365 (entities, workflows, plug-ins, etc.).
- Participate in projects integrating Dynamics 365 with other systems (ERP, customer portals, insurance systems, etc.).
- Configure, administer, and optimize the Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service modules.
- Translate business and functional requirements into solutions on the platform.
- Customize entities, workflows, dashboards, and reports.
- Ensure integrations with other organizational systems.
- Provide support and resolve incidents related to Dynamics 365.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and implement optimizations.
- Integrate and actively participate in technology consulting projects, with potential for coordination and operational supervision of teams.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (analysts, data scientists, architects) on projects with nationally and internationally recognized clients.
- Manage daily relationships with technical and functional stakeholders, ensuring alignment of solutions with business requirements.
- Independently plan and execute assigned tasks, including development, documentation, testing, and optimization of data processes.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering, or related fields.
- Proven experience of at least 1 year in Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, and/or Power Apps development projects.
- Knowledge of relevant modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, etc.
- Advanced experience in Dynamics CRM configuration and customization, including workflows, business rules, and custom entities (with .NET, C#, and JavaScript).
- Proficient in technical English, both written and spoken.
- Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and critical mindset.
- Good understanding of sales and customer service processes.
- Excellent communication skills, proactivity, and team spirit.
- Strong organization, planning skills, and a quality-oriented approach to projects.
- Availability for a hybrid work model.
Additional Assets (Valued But Not Required):
- Experience in Banking and/or Insurance sectors.
- Experience in integration projects with other systems.
- Knowledge of Azure and Dataverse.
- Microsoft certifications: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals, Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant Associate, and Power Platform.
- Knowledge of Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).
