Your Day-to-Day and Responsibilities

• Integrate and actively participate in technological challenges, with a focus on projects aimed at improving solutions and operations through Oracle technologies.
• Plan, execute, and/or coordinate autonomously his own activities and those of more junior team members, contributing to the preparation of various project outputs or project streams, following an Agile approach with cross-functional teams (functional, technical, testing) between Deloitte and the client. Participate in planning (estimation), review, and retrospective ceremonies, acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and Technical Lead for the team and as a point of reference for the client.
• Manage daily interactions with the client responsibly and within his sphere of responsibility.
• Translate business requirements into development requirements for technically high-quality and scalable solutions, following best practices.
• Contribute to the design and development of project support documentation.
• Provide technical support and interact with teams for national and/or international clients.

Are You the One We're Looking For?

• Higher education degree in Computer Science, Electrical and Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in projects involving Oracle technology, particularly in operations, maintenance, and development tasks.
• Strong technical knowledge of Oracle and/or PL/SQL (Database; SQL).
• Preferable technical knowledge in SOA/REST/API integration and/or Oracle Forms 10g (or higher).
• Knowledge of TIA Insurance Core Application is valued.
• Understanding of the financial services industry, preferably in insurance.
• Advanced proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
• Autonomy, problem-solving skills, and critical thinking.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• This position will be based at Deloitte offices in Portugal, in a hybrid model (to be defined with the project).
