Your day-to-day life and responsibilities will consist of:

• Integrate and actively participate in technological challenges with an aspect focused on projects that involve improving solutions and operations through Oracle technologies;
• Plan, execute and/or autonomously coordinate your activities and those of more junior elements, to be carried out in the elaboration of the various outputs within the scope of a project or project stream, in an Agile approach with mixed teams (functional, technical, testing) between Deloitte and client, participating in planning (estimation), review and retrospective ceremonies, where he will play the role of SME and Technical Lead of the team and reference for the client;
• Manage daily interactions with the customer responsibly and in accordance with their sphere of activity;
• Translate business requirements into development requirements for high technical quality and scalable solutions, following best practices;
• Contribute to the design and development of documentation supporting the project;
• Intervene in technical support and interact with teams for national and/or international customers.

Are you the one we are looking for?

• Higher education in the areas of Computer Science, Electrotechnics and Computing or similar areas;
• 3 to 5 years of experience in projects involving Oracle technology, notably in projects related to operations and maintenance and development tasks;
• Solid technical knowledge of Oracle (Database; SQL; PL/SQL)
• Preferred technical knowledge in SOA/REST/APIs integration and/or Oracle Forms 10g (or higher);
• Knowledge of the financial services industry (preferably insurance);
• Knowledge of the English language in spoken and written terms;
• Autonomy, problem-solving ability and critical thinking;
• Communication and teamwork skills;
• This position will be based in our Deloitte offices in Portugal, in a hybrid model (to be defined with project).
