Title:  SAP SuccessFactors

We are strengthening our SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central team with a Consultant/Senior Consultant position.
 
Your day to day and responsibilities:
- Participate in SAP SuccessFactors solution design and implementation projects.
- Participate in application maintenance projects on SAP SuccessFactors solutions (several modules of the suite)
- Plan and execute with autonomy the activities to be performed in the development of the various outputs agreed within a project or project stream
- Translating business requirements into technical requirements
- Manage interactions with the customer and the project team, according to the scope of work
- Identify, analyze and solve problems in your area of expertise
- Contribute to the development of the practice in which you are inserted.
 
Are you the one we are looking for?
- At least 2 years of experience participating in SAP technology projects to support Human Capital processes, namely SAP SuccessFactors
- Certification in SuccessFactors modules (a valued, but not mandatory requirement)
- Knowledge of the English language
- Customer and results oriented
- Communication, interpersonal relationship, team work and collaboration
- Problem solving, analytical and critical thinking skills
- Organization, planning and quality orientation of projects
- Customer and results orientation.
