Your day-to-day life and responsibilities:

• Integrate and actively participate in technological consultancy projects focused on implementing Salesforce solutions and with the possibility of coordinating and supervising operational teams; 

• Independently plan and execute the activities to be carried out in the preparation of the various outputs within the scope of a project or project stream; 

• Manage daily customer relations responsibly and in accordance with their sphere of activity; 

• Translating business requirements into development requirements for high quality technical and scalable solutions, following best practices; 

• Managing tasks and coordinating the technical team according to the needs of the project; 

• Ensuring high levels of quality in the solutions delivered; 

• Possibility of international projects. 

Are you the one we are looking for?

• Higher education in Computer Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering or similar; 

• Years of experience: 2 to 5 years in Salesforce projects; 

• Experience in developing and customizing projects in Salesforce Clouds, such as: Service, Sales, CPD, Analytics, Marketing, Commerce and Experience Cloud; 

• Solid knowledge of the architecture and design of solutions supported by Salesforce; 

• Official Salesforce certifications required, such as:  

• o Salesforce Administrator; 

• o Salesforce Associate;

• o Salesforce Platform Developer I and II;

• o Salesforce Platform App Builder;

• We value experience in Agile project management, preferably with Scrum Master certification; 

• Experience of working on multidisciplinary projects; 

• Mandatory knowledge of spoken and written English;

• Communication, interpersonal skills, teamwork and collaboration; 

• Problem-solving, analytical skills and critical thinking; 

• Organization, planning and project quality orientation; 

• Customer and results orientation.
