We are growing our Microsoft solutions team and looking for a Senior Consultant with a passion for application development, automation and Artificial Intelligence. You will turn business needs into applications and AI agents, combining Power Platform, Microsoft 365 (Office 365) and Azure. We are looking for someone who enjoys building solutions, solving problems and seeing their work through to real-world use by clients.

Your day-to-day and responsibilities: 

• Build canvas and model-driven Power Apps and automate processes with Power Automate, using Dataverse and other data sources. 
• Develop and enhance solutions integrated with Microsoft 365, particularly SharePoint Online and Teams, using Microsoft Graph, APIs and custom connectors. 
• Extend low-code solutions with C#/.NET, JavaScript or TypeScript and Azure services where requirements call for custom development. 
• Build agents in Copilot Studio and integrate generative AI capabilities, ensuring authorised access to information, response evaluation and human oversight where needed. 
• Participate in client workshops, refine requirements, propose solutions and estimate effort, identifying technical dependencies and risks. 
• Ensure quality throughout development: code reviews, testing, documentation, version control and deployment across environments using ALM and CI/CD practices. 
• Apply security, privacy, performance and governance good practices, including permissions, data policies and production monitoring. 
• Take ownership of component delivery, support less experienced colleagues and contribute to demonstrations, technical proposals and reusable assets. 

Are you the one we are looking for? 

• A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. 
• At least 4 years of application development experience, including 2 years of hands-on Power Platform experience and delivery of production solutions. 
• Strong experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse and Power Fx, including data modelling and security configuration. 
• Programming experience in at least one of C#/.NET, JavaScript or TypeScript, with the ability to develop and consume REST APIs. 
• Experience integrating applications with SharePoint Online and/or Teams, and knowledge of identity and permissions in the Microsoft ecosystem. 
• Practical experience with Git, testing and application lifecycle management, and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues. 
• Ownership, a collaborative mindset and the ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders in Portuguese and English. 

We also value: 

• Experience with Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365 Copilot extensibility or AI model integration through Azure services. 
• Knowledge of Power Pages, Power BI, PCF components, SharePoint Framework (SPFx) or Azure integration services. 
• Relevant Microsoft certifications in Power Platform, Azure or AI, and experience in consulting.
