Senior Consultant – e-commerce

Your daily tasks and responsibilities:

•    Provide transactional solutions related to online marketing, sales, and services; for Direct-To-Consumer and Business-to-Business;
•    Ideation, development, and execution of advertising campaigns;
•    Ideation, development and execution of acquisition and engagement campaigns;
•    Empirical, design-thinking, user-centric, agile-based projects that accelerate results.

Are you the one we're looking for?

•    Comprehensive knowledge of B2C and/or B2B e-commerce platforms;
•    Minimum of 3 years of experience with eCommerce platforms (direct experience with Adobe Commerce, BigCommerce, Hybris, SFCC B2C/ Demandware, SFCC B2B/ Cloudcraze, WebSphere Commerce or Oracle Commerce Cloud is a plus);
•    More than 2 years of general business experience with strong technical knowledge in all areas of e-commerce including Business Manager, Browsing, Catalog Management, Product Merchandising, Inventory Availability, Shopping Cart and Checkout, Order Management, Search and Guided Browsing, SEO, Personalization, Gift Registration, Returns Management and Customer Service;
•    More than 2 years of experience as Product Owner (PO) or Business Analyst (BA) for digital e-commerce platforms;
•    Ability to lead functional discussions and scoping decisions based on best practices for e-commerce application implementation;
•    Experience in obtaining high-level business requirements and creating detailed functional specifications as well as other documentation such as requirements traceability matrices, workflow diagrams, and use cases;
•    Experience in conducting gap analyses, outlining customer gaps in technology, resources and institutional knowledge required to deliver and execute a successful channel deployment;
•    Consulting experience with a proven track record of ongoing accountability, creativity and innovation;
•    Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong presentation skills;
•    Strong interpersonal, team building, organizational and motivational skills;
•    Experience with full lifecycle projects from initial scope to delivery;
•    Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies;
•    Proven experience delivering medium to large sized e-commerce engagements;
•    Ability to engage and manage relationships with senior level customers;
•    Experience in managing project risk and project revenues and costs;
•    Working knowledge of the tracking and reporting processes needed to keep customers and project teams up to date.
