Your day-to-day and key responsibilities:

• Join and actively participate in consulting projects in telecommunications networks and infrastructure, with a focus on OSS (Operational Support Systems) strategy, transformation, and implementation projects.
• Work in digital transformation contexts for telecommunications operators, in both national and international projects.
• Plan, coordinate, and/or autonomously execute the activities required to deliver the various outputs within a project.
• Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders, in alignment with your area of responsibility.

Are you the person we’re looking for?

• Up to 10 years of professional experience, with at least half of your career spent in the telecommunications or consulting industry, specifically within the OSS domain.
• Strong experience with modern OSS architectures, including network management, service assurance, inventory, provisioning, and integration with BSS, NMS, and cloud‑native platforms.
• Able to contribute end-to-end, from early assessment phases, roadmap and target architecture definition, all the way to configuration, customization, integration, and solution implementation.
• Knowledge of telecommunications infrastructures and network implementation processes, ideally having worked on at least one of the following types of projects:
• Design and implementation of OSS stacks, namely fault management, inventory management, configuration management, assurance, provisioning, and activation; or
• Design and implementation of service or network resource orchestration systems for telecommunications.
• Knowledge in:
• Commercial and/or open-source OSS platforms
• Cloud & virtualization (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenStack – functional level)
• TM Forum frameworks (eTOM, SID, Open APIs)
• 4G/5G, IP/MPLS, FTTH networks
• Databases, scripting, and automation
• Experience in at least two of the areas below:
• Technical management of workstreams
• Direct interaction with clients and senior stakeholders
• Production of functional and technical documentation
• Pre-sales support and technical proposals
• Integration via APIs, ESB, event-driven architectures
• Google, AWS, or OCI certifications are a plus.
• Cloud migration experience is an advantage, but not mandatory (VPC architecture, intra- and inter‑cloud connectivity, etc.).
• Programming knowledge in Python and familiarity with data science are a plus, but not mandatory.
• Fluent in English.
• Master’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills, interpersonal abilities, teamwork, and collaboration.
• Problem-solving attitude, analytical capabilities, and critical thinking.
• Strong organization and planning, with focus on project quality.
• Availability for international projects.
• Strong analytical skills and structured thinking.
• Excellent communication, both technical and functional.
