Your day-to-day responsibilities:

• Actively participate in consulting projects focused on telecommunications networks and infrastructure (mobile and fixed), particularly transformation and strategic initiatives.
• Contribute to the design, planning, and implementation of network technology solutions, ensuring a cross-functional technical approach and promoting integrated transformation management across both technical and business dimensions.
• Plan, coordinate, and/or independently execute activities required to deliver project outputs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to identify requirements, define solutions, and ensure their implementation and the coordination of related activities.
• Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders within your area of responsibility.

Are you the one we're looking for?

• 2 to 8 years of experience working on the design, management, and/or implementation of mobile or fixed telecommunications networks.
• Experience in network architecture, implementation, and/or operations, with involvement in projects covering at least one of the following domains:
  • Radio Access Networks (RAN)
  • Mobile Core Networks (EPC and 5G Core)
  • Transport Networks (Backhaul, Aggregation, and Core)
  • Edge Infrastructure and Telco Cloud
  • Operations Support Systems (OSS) and network domain orchestration solutions
  • IoT solutions and platforms
• Experience with network function virtualization/containerization (VNF/CNF) and lifecycle management is valued.
• Experience in project management and project management frameworks (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is valued.
• Experience with telecommunications process management frameworks (e.g., ITIL, eTOM) is valued.
• Experience with infrastructure management and API frameworks (e.g., ONAP, CAMARA) is valued.
• Certifications in telecommunications or cloud technologies (e.g., Nokia, Ericsson, Red Hat, Google Cloud Platform, AWS) are valued.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, essential in a consulting environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively and build trusted relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Critical thinking, analytical skills, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong organizational, planning, and quality-oriented mindset.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken. A third language is a plus.
• Degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Availability to participate in international projects.
