Your day-to-day life and responsibilities: 

• Participate in and/or lead technology implementation projects
• Plan and execute activities autonomously
• Interact daily with clients and stakeholders
• Translate business requirements into scalable solutions
• Solve complex problems with a strategic mindset
• Produce clear and effective documentation
• Possibility to manage teams and mentor junior profiles

Are you the one we are looking for?

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, EEC, STI or similar
• 2–6 years of experience with ServiceNow or GRC platforms (MetricStream, IBM OpenPages)
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript and integrations (JDBC, MID Server, REST/SOAP)
• Experience in designing, implementing and rolling out technology solutions
• Knowledge of IRM, BCM, TPRM, Privacy, ESG, AI Control Tower, NowAssist is valued
• ServiceNow CSA / CIS certifications are a plus
• Experience with Agile/Scrum
• Fluent English
• Excellent communication skills, critical thinking and results-driven mindset
