Your day-to-day life and responsibilities will consist of:

  • Integrate and actively participate in technological transformation projects, with the possibility of coordinating and supervising teams;
  • Plan, execute and/or autonomously coordinate the activities to be carried out in the preparation of the various outputs within the scope of a project or project stream;
  • Manage daily interactions with the customer responsibly and in accordance with their sphere of activity;
  • Identify, evaluate and resolve complex problems in your area of ​​expertise, using critical analysis;
  • Translate business requirements into development requirements for high technical quality and scalable solutions, following best practices;
  • Contribute to ServiceNow Center of Excellence knowledge communities;
  • Contribute to the design and development of documentation supporting the project.

 

Are you the one we are looking for?

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in the areas of Computer Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Mathematics or related areas;
  • Professional experience of 1 to 6 years in Servicenow projects or other ITSM solutions;
  • Technical knowledge in JavaScript, AngularJS, Python and/or PowerShell;
  • Experience in standards for integration with other systems (e.g. JDBC, MID Server, REST / SOAP);
  • Experience in design, management, implementation and roll-out in transformation projects, preferably with ServiceNow solutions (and/or similar);
  • We value experience in specific ServiceNow modules (preferably ITSM/ITOM, HRSD, SAM, HAM and CSM);
  • We value certifications in ServiceNow CSA, ServiceNow CIS, ITIL (or similar);
  • Knowledge and experience in Cloud environments (having Cloud certifications will be valued);
  • Experience in project management using Agile and Scrum methodology;
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English (mandatory);
  • We value mastery of another language (example: French; German);
  • Good communication skills, interpersonal relationships, critical thinking and teamwork;
  • Results orientation.
