Title:  ServiceNow Solution Consultant

Main Responsibilities:

  • Integrate and actively participate in technological consulting projects, with the possibility of coordination and operational supervision of teams;
  • Plan, execute and/or independently coordinate the activities to be carried out in the preparation of the various outputs within the scope of a project or project stream;
  • Responsibly manage daily interactions with the customer according to their sphere of activity;
  • Identify, evaluate and solve complex problems in your area of ​​expertise, using a critical analysis;
  • Translate business requirements into development requirements for high technical quality and scalable solutions, following best practices;
  • Contribute to the ServiceNow Center of Excellence knowledge communities;
  • Contribute to the design and development of project support documentation.



Main required skills:

  • Degree / Master in the areas of Computer Engineering, Electrotechnical and Computer Engineering and/or similar areas;
  • Years of experience: 1 to 5 years in development projects;
  • Knowledge of the English language in the spoken and written domain;
  • Knowledge of the German or French language in the spoken and written domain (valued);
  • Communication skills, interpersonal skills, critical thinking and teamwork;
  • Availability to travel;
  • Advanced technical knowledge in JavaScript;
  • Advanced technical knowledge in AngularJS (valued);
  • Experience in the design, implementation and roll-out of information systems, preferably with ServiceNow solutions (and/or similar);
  • Knowledge and experience in specific ServiceNow modules (preferably ITSM/ITOM, HRSD and CSM);
  • Certification as ServiceNow CSA;
  • Certification as ServiceNow CIS (valued);
  • Standards for communication with other systems (JDBC, MID Server, REST / SOAP);
  • Base certification on Microsoft Azure Az-900 (or equivalent AWS Cloud Practitioner) (valued);
  • Experience in project management using Agile and Scrum methodology.
