Your day-to-day life and responsibilities will consist of:
- Integrating and actively participating in technological consultancy projects, with the possibility of coordinating and supervising operational teams;
- Independently planning, executing and/or coordinating the activities to be carried out in the preparation of the various outputs within the scope of a project or project stream;
- Manage daily interactions with the client responsibly and in accordance with their sphere of activity;
- Identify, evaluate and solve complex problems in their area of expertise, using critical analysis;
- Translate business requirements into development requirements for high-quality, scalable solutions, following best practices;
- Contribute to ServiceNow Center of Excellence knowledge communities;
- Contributing to the design and development of project support documentation.
Are you the person we're looking for?
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering and/or similar areas;
- Between 2 and 6 years' professional experience in Servicenow projects;
- Knowledge of spoken and written English;
- Technical knowledge of JavaScript and AngularJS;
- Experience in the design, implementation and roll-out of information systems, preferably with ServiceNow (and/or similar) solutions;
- Knowledge and experience in specific ServiceNow modules (preferably ITSM/ITOM, HRSD and CSM);
- ServiceNow CSA certification;
- ServiceNow CIS certification (preferred);
- Standards for communication with other systems (JDBC, MID Server, REST / SOAP);
- Basic certification in Microsoft Azure Az-900 (or equivalent AWS Cloud Practitioner) (preferred);
- Experience in project management using Agile and Scrum methodology;
- Communication skills, interpersonal skills, critical thinking and teamwork;
- Willingness to travel.
