Title:  Support Operations Engineer

Your daily tasks and responsibilities:

  • Integrate and actively participate in technological consulting and development projects, with the possibility of coordination and operational supervision of teams;
  • Participation in attractive projects in different areas and nationally relevant;
  • Responsible for the customer support experience;
  • Solve and resolve customer technical issues using best practices and team collaboration;
  • Identify cases that require referral and follow up on cases for resolution in the shortest time possible;
  • Contribute to case resolution initiatives, automation to improve customer experience;
  • Promote technical collaboration and information sharing.


Are you the one we're looking for?

  • Degree/Master's Degree in Computer Engineering, Electrotechnical and Computer Engineering and/or similar areas;
  • Years of experience: 2 to 6 years;
  • Knowledge of cloud services (Azure, AWS)
  • Experience in application development or support and maintenance;
  • MySQL and PostgreSQL database system;
  • Knowledge of the English language in the spoken and written domain;
  • Communication skills, interpersonal skills, critical thinking and teamwork;
  • Ability to adapt to different contexts;
  • Experience in the design, implementation and roll-out of information systems;
  • Availability to travel will be valued.
