Deloitte Portugal intends to reinforce its EMEA Telecom Engineering Center of Excellence (TEE) team with experienced network and telecommunications infrastructure engineers, with a focus on enterprise (IT) and/or industrial (OT) networks.


Your daily tasks and responsibilities:

  • Participate in consulting projects in telecommunications networks and infrastructures, focusing on the area of Collaborative and Unified Communications;
  • Plan, coordinate and/or execute with autonomy the activities underlying the achievement of the various outputs within a project;
  • Manage the relationship with customers and stakeholders, according to their function.

 

Are you the one we're looking for?

  • Work experience in the design, management and/or implementation of enterprise (IT), industrial (OT) and cloud networks;
  • Experience in Design and implementation of network;
  • Experience in managing and deploying enterprise architectures;
  • Experience across the following voice technologies (SIP, H248, H323, ISDN - PRI and BRI);
  • Experience in projects with Cisco Collaboration Solutions - Voice and Unified Communications;
  • Experience in projects with Skype-for-business & Microsoft Teams;
  • Experience in all project phases including assessing, designing and implementing UCC solutions;
  • Experience in deploying PoCs, service transitions and user/admin training;
  • Experience with Cisco call managers, Avaya Communications managers;
  • Experience with contact center solutions – Genesys, Amazon Connect, Talkdesk, Nice inContact or others;
  • Experience with meeting room solutions;
  • Experience with Session Border Controllers – AudioCodes, Ribbon or others;
  • Master's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering or similar; 
  • Communication, interpersonal, teamwork and collaboration skills;
  • Problem solving, analytical and critical thinking skills;
  • Organization, planning and quality orientation of projects;
  • Knowledge of English, spoken and written;
  • Customer and results oriented.

 

A candidate with the following certifications would be given preference:
•    Cisco CCNP Collaboration certification;
•    Cisco CCIE Collaboration;
•    Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate;
•    Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Voice Engineer Expert;
•    Vendor-based contact center certification.
