Your day-to-day life and responsibilities will consist of:

  • Drive transformative initiatives across the company through the ServiceNow platform;
  • Optimize ITSM processes and expand ServiceNow resources to non-IT areas;
  • Manage and implement ServiceNow solutions;
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to identify ServiceNow implementation opportunities;
  • Work closely with stakeholders from various business units to understand their requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions;
  • Manage and guide teams to promote technical solutions with best practices, ensuring a valuable and effective transformation process;
  • Expert guidance and advice on ServiceNow solutions adapted to customer and sector realities;
  • Manage SLAs, KPIs, Incidents, Changes and Evolutions;
  • Use collaborative project management tools and methodologies for comprehensive documentation and effective communication.

 

Are you the one we are looking for?

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in the areas of Computer Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Administration and/or related areas;
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in IT service management projects;
  • We value previous experience in a consultancy context;
  • Experience in implementation, customization and integration using the ServiceNow platform and/or other ITSM solutions;
  • Knowledge of the delivery life-cycle in IT transformation projects;
  • We value previous experience in ITSM, Cloud, Low Code / No Code or CRM platforms will be valued;
  • Knowledge of Agile and/or Waterfall methodology;
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English (mandatory);
  • We value mastery of another language (example: French);
  • Good communication skills with different stakeholders and adaptation to different contexts;
  • Ability for teamwork, leadership, collaboration and critical thinking.
