Your day-to-day and responsibilities will include:

  • Lead technology consulting projects, taking responsibility for the approach, planning, execution, quality, and results, in collaboration with the practice leadership;
  • Manage project scope, resources, budget, and profitability, monitoring risks, dependencies, and changes while ensuring appropriate management of client commitments;
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams, defining responsibilities, monitoring performance, and fostering collaboration and professional development;
  • Manage relationships with key client stakeholders, including technology and business leaders, leading discussions and presenting recommendations in decision-making forums;
  • Drive the resolution of complex problems and ensure the consistency and applicability of proposed solutions;
  • Lead projects in technology strategy, IT function transformation, operating models, enterprise architecture, or IT cost optimisation and financial management, according to your experience and area of expertise;
  • Identify and qualify business opportunities, understanding client needs and mobilising the appropriate capabilities across the firm;
  • Lead the preparation of commercial proposals, including defining scope, approach, team, effort, fees, and client presentations;
  • Participate in negotiation and contracting processes, in collaboration with practice leadership and in accordance with the firm’s procedures;
  • Contribute to account development and long-term commercial relationships, collaborating with other Deloitte practices and geographies;
  • Support commercial pipeline management and capacity planning, aligning business opportunities with team capabilities and availability;
  • Contribute to the development of offerings, methodologies, partnerships, and market positioning initiatives for the practice;
  • Participate in talent recruitment, performance assessment, mentoring, and professional development.

 

Are you the person we are looking for?

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering and Management, Information Technology, Business Management, or similar fields;
  • 6 to 10 years of solid professional experience in IT Advisory, including project leadership, team management, and client relationship management;
  • Experience in one or more of the following areas: information systems strategy; design and transformation of IT operating models; product-oriented operating models; enterprise architecture; IT cost optimisation and financial management;
  • Ability to connect business priorities with technology decisions and guide the definition of solutions and transformation programmes;
  • Project management experience, including scope, planning, resources, budget, quality, and risk management;
  • Experience identifying business opportunities and preparing and presenting proposals;
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and develop opportunities based on specific client needs;
  • Leadership, delegation, performance management, and team development skills;
  • Business acumen and an understanding of project economics and the sustainable growth of the practice;
  • Previous experience in IT consulting services is highly valued;
  • Experience working on international projects and coordinating multidisciplinary teams is highly valued;
  • Experience with tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, and Power BI is highly valued;
  • Certifications such as ITIL, COBIT, TOGAF, or IT4IT, as well as relevant project management certifications, are highly valued;
  • Experience working on projects using Agile and Scrum methodologies is a plus;
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken — mandatory;
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills;
  • Strong client, quality, and results orientation;
  • Initiative and the ability to manage priorities and make decisions in complex environments.
