As a Senior Consultant, you will take a leadership role in delivering projects and coordinating teams, working with national and international clients on challenges that bring together business strategy, technology, and organizational transformation. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

•  Leading workstreams and technology consulting projects, according to their size and complexity, ensuring effective planning, execution, and quality of deliverables;
•  Coordinating and providing day-to-day operational oversight of project teams, allocating activities, guiding execution, and reviewing outputs;
•  Managing day-to-day client interactions within your area of responsibility, leading working sessions, managing expectations, and presenting analyses and recommendations;
•  Identifying and structuring complex problems, developing hypotheses, and proposing well-founded solutions tailored to each organization’s specific context;
•  Monitoring timelines, effort, dependencies, and risks, anticipating challenges and coordinating decisions with the responsible Manager;
•  Contributing to technology strategy, IT function transformation, operating model, enterprise architecture, or IT cost optimization and financial management projects, according to your experience and area of expertise;
• Supporting the development of junior professionals through coaching, knowledge sharing, and feedback;
• Contributing to the preparation of commercial proposals, including the definition of approaches, work plans, and effort estimates;
• Identifying additional client needs and sharing them with project leaders, contributing to the development of the client relationship;
• Contributing to the development of methodologies, content, and knowledge initiatives within the practice.

• Are you the person we are looking for?
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering and Management, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or a related field;
• Relevant professional experience in IT Advisory, with the ability to independently deliver projects and experience coordinating teams or workstreams;
• Experience in one or more of the following areas: information systems strategy; design and transformation of IT operating models; product-oriented ways of working; enterprise architecture; IT cost optimization and financial management; IT transformation program management;
• Ability to translate business and technology challenges into structured analyses, recommendations, and action plans;
• Strong planning, organizational, and prioritization skills in a multi-project environment;
• Experience preparing and presenting deliverables and facilitating client working sessions;
• Ability to coach junior professionals and foster collaboration within the team;
• Previous experience in IT consulting services is valued;
• Experience preparing commercial proposals and presentations is valued;
• Experience with tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, and Power BI is valued;
• Certifications such as ITIL, COBIT, TOGAF, or IT4IT are valued;
• Experience working with Agile and Scrum methodologies is valued;
• Fluency in spoken and written English — mandatory;
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and adaptability skills;
• Strong client, quality, and results orientation;
• A strong sense of responsibility, initiative, and a collaborative mindset.
