Your day-to-day responsibilities:

• Actively participate in consultancy projects related to mobile and fixed telecommunications networks, with a focus on network transformation, security assessment, and strategic advisory.
• Contribute to the design, planning, and evaluation of secure network solutions, ensuring a holistic technical approach that integrates both business and technology requirements.
• Plan, coordinate, and, supported by project teams, independently execute project activities, including risk assessments, security posture evaluations, and compliance checks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to identify security requirements, define mitigation strategies, and support the implementation of solutions aligned with international cyber security standards.
• Support the development of project deliverables, including technical reports, risk assessments, and presentations tailored to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Manage client and stakeholder relationships within the scope of your assignments, ensuring alignment with project objectives and delivery expectations.

Are you the one we’re looking for?

• 5 to 10 years of experience in the security design, security operation, or security assessment of mobile and/or fixed telecommunications networks.
• Solid knowledge of network architectures, with experience in at least one of the following domains:
• Radio Access Networks (RAN),
• Mobile Core (EPC, 5GC)
• Fixed Access/Core Networks.
• Transport Networks (e.g. IP/MPLS, WDM, Microwave).
• Satellite Infrastructure (VSAT) and Submarine Cable Systems.
• Telco Cloud and Edge Infrastructure, OSS/BSS systems and network orchestration platforms.
• Proven experience in telecom network security design or assessments and vulnerability analysis, aligned with key frameworks and standards such as:
• NIST SP 800-series
• ISO/IEC 27001/2
• 3GPP TS 33.xxx
• GSMA FS
• Familiarity with security tools for vulnerability scanning, configuration validation, and compliance reporting (Valued but not mandatory)
• Understanding of network security principles, traffic encryption, cryptographic protocols, and countermeasures against threats like signal interception, spoofing, or jamming. (Valued but not mandatory)
• Industry certifications in telecom, cloud, or cybersecurity (e.g., Nokia, Ericsson, Huawei, Red Hat, AWS, GCP, ISO 27001, CEH, CISSP) are highly valued, but not mandatory
• Experience with virtualized and containerized network environments (VNF/CNF) and their lifecycle management is a plus.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with critical thinking applied in complex environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, essential in a client-facing consultancy context.
• Autonomy, proactivity, and strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Team spirit, collaborative mindset, and the ability to build trusted relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
• Academic background in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or similar.
• Willingness to work on international projects.
