The Cyber ​​Risk area is looking for consultants with the necessary profile and experience to work in an environment with diverse projects, both functional and technological. Due to the growing need for organizations to manage security risks more effectively, Deloitte's Cyber ​​Risk area has expanded. Therefore, we are looking for professionals who can help clients develop processes and implement technology in order to improve the management and control of information security risks.

 

Your day-to-day life and responsibilities:
• Recruit, orient and train security personnel on appropriate security risks and procedures;
• Develop policies, procedures and protocols for standardization and governance;
• Manage team scheduling, assign tasks, communicate and develop employees; evaluate employee performance, provide regular feedback and conduct recurring performance reviews;
• Monitor incidents to evaluate them and recommend a course of action;
• Lead the identification, delimitation and implementation of opportunities;
• Collaborate with leadership in the strategic development of security analysis capabilities and service offerings.

 

You are the person we are looking for if:
• You have knowledge of network protocols, Linux and Windows infrastructure and basic concepts of network security architecture;
• You have practical experience in technological automation, integration and/or implementation;
• You have experience in assessing cybersecurity maturity and developing multi-year plans to improve that maturity; you are familiar with the MITER ATT&CK and NIST CSF frameworks;
• You have a comprehensive knowledge of security industry regulations;
• You are able to analyze business requirements and transform them into technical projects and systems solutions;
• You have a master's degree or equivalent work experience (at least 2 years in similar roles);
• You have relevant certifications and training in Cyber ​​Security, which is an advantage;
• You are fluent in English, both spoken and written;
• You have proven experience in leading and developing a team of cybersecurity professionals;
• You have verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different audiences, from team members to partners or customers;
• You have proven experience leading process improvement and change initiatives.

The Cyber ​​Risk area is a focus area of ​​Deloitte Portugal and operates in various economic sectors, including the financial sector, insurance, energy and utilities, healthcare, retail and distribution, telecommunications, infrastructure and transport, and the public sector.
