Your day-to-day activities and responsibilities:

• Recruit, mentor and train security personnel on appropriate security risks and procedures;
• Develop policies, procedures and protocols for standardization and governance;
• Manage team scheduling, assign tasks, communicate and develop employees; evaluate employee performance, provide regular feedback and conduct recurring performance reviews;
• Monitor incidents to assess them and recommend a course of action;
• Lead the identification, delineation and implementation of opportunities;
• Collaborate with leadership in the strategic development of security analysis capabilities and service delivery.

We are looking for you if:

• You have knowledge of network protocols, Linux and Windows infrastructures and basic network security architecture concepts;
• You have hands-on experience in technology automation, integration and/or implementation;
• You have experience in assessing cybersecurity maturity and developing multi-year plans to improve that maturity; You are familiar with the MITRE ATT&CK and NIST CSF frameworks;
• You have a comprehensive knowledge of security industry regulations;
• You are able to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical designs and system solutions;
• You have a Master’s degree or equivalent work experience (at least 2 years in a similar role);
• You have relevant certifications and training in Cybersecurity, which is a plus;
• You are fluent in English, both spoken and written;
• You have proven experience in leading and developing a team of cybersecurity professionals;
• You have verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different audiences, from team members to partners or customers;
• You have proven experience in leading process improvement and change initiatives.
