Your day-to-day life and responsibilities will consist of:

  • Integrating and actively participating in technological challenges with a focus on projects that involve improving operations through ServiceNow technology;
  • Autonomously planning, executing and/or coordinating your own activities, or those of more junior members, to produce the various outputs within the scope of a project or project stream, using an Agile approach;
  • Manage daily interactions with the client responsibly and in accordance with their sphere of activity;
  • Translating business requirements into development requirements for high quality technical and scalable solutions, following best practices;
  • Contributing to the design and development of project support documentation;
  • Provide technical support and interact with teams for national and/or international clients.

Are you the person we're looking for?

  • Higher education in Computer Science, Electrical and Computer Engineering or similar;
  • Between 2 and 6 years' experience in ServiceNow projects;
  • Technical knowledge of JavaScript, XML, CSS, SOAP, REST, SQL;
  • CSA - Certified System Administrator certification (preferred);
  • Knowledge of spoken and written English;
  • Autonomy, problem-solving skills and critical thinking;
  • Ability to communicate and work as part of a team
