Your day-to-day life and responsibilities:

  • Daily management of technical operations, focusing on ensuring the delivery of service levels (SLAs) agreed with customers;
  • Management of technical support teams 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, ensuring continuous coverage and effective response to any incident;
  • Coordination and supervision of critical operations to ensure high availability and system performance;
  • Ability to solve complex technical problems in cloud and custom-built solutions, such as performance, scalability, reusability and flexibility;
  • Manage operations staff: recruit, train, motivate and manage staff to ensure they can perform their roles effectively;
  • Develop solution proposals, based on customer needs and design operations solutions considering business requirements;
  • Set goals and deadlines: establish project goals and ensure that the team can meet these goals within the established deadline.

 

Are you the one we are looking for?

  • Proven experience in operations, systems support and maintenance, custom development and cloud;
  • Proven experience in leadership and management of multifunctional teams;
  • Familiarity with Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Oracle) and DevOps concepts;
  • Knowledge of development tools and technologies, such as Java, Kotlin, Node.js, Angular, React, etc.;
  • Knowledge of Operations practices and tools, such as ServiceNow, Dynatrace, Grafana, Datadog;
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and clients;
  • Experience in ensuring strict SLAs and managing teams in critical support environments;
  • Experience with ITIL processes and strong understanding of service management best practices;
  • Years of experience: more than 7 years in support, maintenance and operations;
  • Communication, interpersonal relationships, teamwork and collaboration;
  • Problem solving, analytical skills and critical thinking;
  • Organization, planning and guidance for project quality;
  • Customer and results orientation.
