• Lead end-to-end telecommunications network engineering projects across RAN, Transport, Core and/or OSS domains, ensuring delivery quality, schedule adherence, and client satisfaction.
• Design and oversee solution architectures, roadmaps, and implementation plans, including migration, cutover, and optimization activities.
• Manage stakeholders and project governance activities (status reporting, risks, dependencies, and decision-making), communicating effectively with both technical and executive audiences.
• Develop team members through mentoring and coaching, supporting the professional growth of junior colleagues.
• Actively contribute to sales and pre-sales activities, including proposals, estimations, and delivery planning.

Are you the one we are looking for?

• Academic background in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• More than 6 years of relevant experience in telecommunications network engineering, architecture, and operations.
• Experience leading teams and delivering complex projects, including planning, risk management, dependency management, and budget oversight.
• Strong knowledge of mobile and/or fixed network architectures across access, transport, and core domains, including:
  • Radio Access Networks (RAN);
  • Mobile Core Networks (EPC, 5GC);
  • Fixed Access/Core Networks;
  • Transport Networks (e.g., IP/MPLS, WDM, Microwave);
  • Satellite Infrastructure (VSAT) and Submarine Cable Systems;
  • Edge Infrastructure and Telco Cloud, OSS/BSS, and network orchestration platforms.
• Proven understanding of the end-to-end lifecycle of mobile and fixed network deployment and operations.
• Experience with OSS platforms (inventory, fault and performance management, service assurance) and integrations.
• Demonstrated knowledge of key telecommunications technology trends and their practical impact on network engineering and operations.
• Experience in network transformation initiatives such as 5G Standalone, network cloudification, SDN/NFV, and automation programs is valued but not mandatory.
• Experience with NetDevOps practices and automation tools (e.g., Python, Ansible, Jenkins) and/or observability platforms is valued but not mandatory.
• Experience with AI, Agentic AI, and automation in telecommunications, including intent-based networking, network automation, and end-to-end service orchestration, is valued but not mandatory.
• Experience working with technology vendors and partners, including multi-vendor environments and governance models, is valued but not mandatory.
• Relevant certifications such as TM Forum, ITIL, PMP/PRINCE2, Cisco/Juniper, and Cloud certifications are valued but not mandatory.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with critical thinking applied to complex environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, essential in a client-facing consulting environment.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and highly organized, with strong time-management skills.
• Team-oriented mindset, collaborative approach, and the ability to build trusted relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English, both spoken and written.
• Availability to participate in international projects.
