We are an international Tech Hub and are looking for a Lead Solution Architect to join our Customer Solutions | Marketing & Commerce Transformation practice. We are seeking professionals with solid experience in digital solution architecture, capable of combining strategic vision, strong client engagement, and deep technical expertise.

Your Day-to-Day and Responsibilities

• Develop Sitecore solutions (XP / XM / Headless) for enterprise-level projects.
• Develop decoupled components (Headless CMS) and integrate them with modern front-end frameworks such as React and Next.js.
• Develop back-end solutions using .NET / C# and integrate with external systems via REST APIs.
• Implement and configure functionalities within Sitecore XM Cloud.
• Participate in code reviews and apply the development standards and best practices defined by the team.
• Collaborate closely with Tech Leads, Project Managers, UX/UI Designers, Front-end Developers, and QA teams.
• Contribute to performance, security, and code quality best practices.
• Continuously develop technical skills through mentoring and guidance from senior team members.

Are You the One We're Looking For?

• 3+ years of professional experience in software development (Web / .NET / Front-end).
• 1+ year of experience in Sitecore development (XP / XM / Headless).
• Experience consuming REST APIs.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Strong teamwork skills and a willingness to learn and grow technically.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken, as projects are international.
• Experience with Sitecore Headless and/or Sitecore XM Cloud.
• Solid knowledge of .NET / C#.
• Experience with modern front-end frameworks such as Next.js, React, and TypeScript.
• Experience with Azure (App Services, CI/CD, DevOps).
• Sitecore Developer certifications.
• Knowledge of Composable DXP and MACH architectures.
• Experience working in consulting environments or system integrator companies.
