Your Day-to-Day and Responsibilities:
- Perform daily Service Desk tasks;
- Provide on-site, remote, and telephone support to internal clients;
- Participate in the local implementation of Deloitte’s global projects;
- Collaborate with different IT teams (development, infrastructure, security, etc.);
- Possibility to provide support and mentorship to other team members.
Are You the One We're Looking For?
- Academic background in IT;
- 1 to 3 years of experience working in support teams or similar roles;
- Technical knowledge of Windows and Office environments;
- Strong troubleshooting skills within these environments;
- Knowledge of networks and systems (Active Directory, DNS, etc.) is valued;
- Microsoft training and certifications are considered an asset;
- Focus on internal client management and satisfaction;
- Autonomy, proactivity, commitment, and critical thinking;
- Strong communication and teamwork skills;
- Problem-solving ability, analytical mindset, and critical reasoning;
- Fluency in spoken and written English is mandatory;
- Availability to work on-site.

As suas equipas são responsáveis pelo desenvolvimento aplicacional (Business Applications), apoio ao IT interno (Service Desk) e pela gestão e operação da infraestrutura técnica de suporte às aplicações e ao negócio (Infraestrutura e Operações) e pela segurança de IT (IT Security).
